毛赛君

博士,复旦大学青年研究员,本科和硕士毕业于南京航空航天大学,博士毕业于荷兰代尔夫特理工大学,曾获教育部国家留学基金委颁发的“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”。曾在GE全球研究中心工作10余年,获得“GE个人技术卓越成就奖”等多项重要奖项,主持多项碳化硅电力电子科研项目,研究领域主要集中在宽禁带功率半导体器件封装、驱动与系统集成与产业化,发表国际、国内论文40余篇,获得40余项国际、国内发明专利与申请。
